Letter inserts on rear of a Polo Green C4...need advice
Which color looks best? I am leaning towards chrome. I plan on getting some chrome directional wheels when I get the money.
I do live in Waco, TX, but I am not a Baylor grad. So gold is out of the question. Anyone have pics of their polo green C4 with inserts?

Well, maybe give Gold another chance, even though you aren't a Baylor Bear (I am an Aggie), but the contrast of the Gold and Polo Green can be very sharp. When you say inserts, I guess that means that your Vette is a post-1990 model?

The gold letters really look great against the polo green Bradley.
I have used green and gold on all of my custom fishing rod for years. It is a very RICH looking color combination.

I'd say to stick with the polo green; i.e. no inserts.
I was biting my tongue until others chimed in, but I flipped through the latest mail order catalog several days ago, and I'm only now coming down from the "C-O-R-V-E-T-T-E" hangover. Although letter inserts are - by far - the most attractive and innocuous of this kind of add on, it's all starting to be a bit too much, IMO.

I would only suggest gold if adding rims to match.
I have Stainless Steel on mine. Ordered from Ebay $30 shipped. I had the crappy stickers at first but they only lasted a few months.

Gold is a no go. Out of the question. My mom would disown me if I put green and gold. She is a BU grad but despises the place and was miserable every second she was there. BU is a great school, but it just wasn't for me (don't mean to offend and BU grad 'vette owners). I am an Aggie, so green wasn't my first color choice. But it was a good deal that was hard to pass up.
I might do black or chrome.

I'd go for whiteish lettering.

The corvette shop I go to locally has these brakelight red ones, but in white and look killer on dark colored cars. I have these red ones on mine and love'em
