I think you're talking about a Mr. Jeremy Clarkson - famous for his time on the UK's best car show Top Gear. He's always been a controversial and very opinionated character - somewhat of an aquired taste. He's also a big snob, particularly against Japanese cars, but generally always entertaining to watch/ read...

I love Top Gear.
That video is right, too. The early C4 was a stiff riding, unpredictable pig. GMs desire to stick with the transverse leaf spring is going to be the undoing of the Vette. I hope when the new SS/Stingray or whatever they are going to call it comes out, has coil overs.
