Skinny hand, long fingers. I think I used one of those ratcheting boxed end wrenches. Seems like there are some here who will tell you once the shroud is off to turn the little "nuts" around so you can put the screws in from the other direction. But I put mine back in just the way they came out.

Damn... I remember those little bolts... 7mm. I went to Sears and got a 7mm gearwrench for those. Just be patient. They will come out.

Old post of mine...
7 tools, 1 can of semi-gloss paint (makes it look factory) and about twenty minutes of time.
Of course if you have to take the whole box out it will take much longer.
The top tinnerman goes on with no modding, the second one needs a bit of filing and the bottom one needs a bunch so the tinnerman hole aligns with the hole already there.

Someone else posted this, but I'll pass it on because it worked for me...just take your horns off and go in from the holes that they were blocking. There are huge holes in the frame(?) behind the horns that a ratchet and extention easily fit through. On the drivers side, I also took off the air pump thing.

And it was a ROYAL PITA to get dem boogers out of there.
Obviously the cooling 'capsule' was assembled before going into the car.
Don't know who thought it was a good idea to put those screws in there like that.
Must have been the brother of the guy that designed the 'instant on' hose clamp.

I don't recall them being much of a PITA when I did mine. Seems like the passenger side was fairly easy to access, however the driver's side required removal of the AIR system to gain access.
