New Ice wax pics 56k should be safe
Hi! I haven't posted here in a bit since I got my 04Z but I took the time to fully detail my 90 and used that new wax ICE. Let me say that the results are incedible, almost Zaino like. Here's some pics of the hood, sorry I don't have more but y battery was dying.

Everything. I washed and shammy dried it, then I used mirror glaze fine cut remover and a buffer to get rid of water spots and small scratches and then I clay barred it with gold clay bar and showtime detailer for lubricant. Then I waxed it. Thanks for the compliment!
Edit - It was my first time detailing so extensively so I'm sure a pro could get it gleaming beyond belief.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys. The fine cut mirror glaze got rid of almost every single scratch. The medium might have gotten out the bigger ones but I don't have any to test.

Your hood looks great!!
IMHO a polish has abrasives to "polish out the imperfections" while a wax is a finish protectant. Many polishes and some wax both.

If you read the FAQ's at Liquid Glass, they claim that it is non-abrasive. That aside, I use liquid glass but I have an excellent respray. Eventually it is going to be switched to using Pinnacle Souveran Paste.
I need to upload some newer pictures.
