New Valve Covers Fit Without Modding
Tried one of my new covers on and it fits without modding. My huge energizer rollers required the stock cover's bolt towers to be shaved and the drip tabs removed. Finally something that hasen't pissed me off.
The ball milled lines will be powder coated yellow, as if you couldn't figure that one out.

Pretty, I have a very similar set on my 89.
If those are the tall covers (as they appear) you should know that you EGR pipe won't reach over, and depending on the year, the aluminum trundle that holds the engine accessories will have to modified (read trimmed) by the rear A/C compressor mounting boss. In fact on mine I had to add spacers to move the compressor outboard by about 1/4 inch, to clear the covers. But it was worth it.
Good luck.

Only because I saw you had taped over the EGR port on the intake I figured you were still going to use it. I guess you powder coated the block-off plate seperately.
Cheers !
