Default 1996 Collector Edition Registry

First off...Merry Christmas to everyone!

I was wondering if there is a 1996 Collector Edition Corvette Registry Website. I have done some googling....and no luck. Came across a couple of sites, but the links were bad or no longer valid. If anyone knows if there is such a beast, I would appreciate a link. If none exist, then I just might have to start one up!

Anyone want to partner up on this?

I'm pretty sure there is a CE Registry (don't know if it's all CEs or only '96s). I think they had a display at Carlisle this year. I think a friend of mine is involved with it. I'll try to remember to ask him. Alternatively, you can try to whistle up Lance Miller about it. I think he is a CF member, and he would probably know.

Be well,

There's most definitely a 1982 Collector Edition Registry which is relatively active. They have a section at Corvettes at Carlisle. I don't think it includes the '96 CE's, though.

There was one at one time, but I haven't seen or heard anything from it in at least a year if not more. If you start one, count me in!

If you go to Google, type 1996 Collector Edition Corvette Registry, you will get connections to a lot of Corvette Registries. An snail mail address is given for a 1996 Collector Edition Corvette Registry, but nothing alive and active on the net, apparently.

Thanks for looking....I had the same result. I am very serious in starting one.....currently investigating website development software and webspace options....stay tuned.

Talked with the guy that runs this site:
http://www.wright.edu/~mathews.5/
and he has not kept it up to date, but intends to work on it in the future. He may want to partner with someone to help, I just didn't have the time to help him with the project. It's a very nice, worthwhile site, lots of info, but needs someone who can give constant, daily attention to the details of maintaining this type of site.

Default Is the registry officially dead?

I searched for a 1996 Collector Edition registry & only found dead links. It would be a shame to simply discard the data already compiled.
