Default Polished 91 Sawblade! BLING!

I bought this set at Carlisle. After stripping I realized what a daunting job it would be to smooth out the rough-cast surface. I sold them on EBay (with full disclosure) to a Forum member in Australia. He sent me this pic yesterday. I want them back!!!

Here is what they looked like after beadblasting and before I shipped them to Australia:

Default Lotta Work

Yes, many have gotten a rather rude awakening when stripping the paint off a 91-92. They think it'll be as smooth as the 93-96. Dude did an awesome job tho!

Nice job, I have a 94 with sawblades. How does it cost to get them polished?

He didn't say. I'm sure your could get a quote from someone in your area though. I bought a set of the retro 80s Rikens so will see what they look like when the weather warms up. The won't look nearly as nice as those sawblades though!
