This is a very old Paxton kit from
http://www.carrollsupercharging.com/
The blue sticker means it is the older either an SN92 or 93 unit, yellow sticker would be a later SN2000 model.
I bought one of the first of these kits back in the 1990's and it's a very complete setup with a big instruction manual. Nice kit for the times but not as good as the newer blowers. Put's out about 5 to 6 psi on a stock motor.
Went from a 14.1 (with the stock L98) to about 13.4 (stock engine) in the 1/4.
Problem would be that these head units don't last that long (as little as 10,000 miles sometimes) and it may need a rebuild at about $750 + $100 for a higher output impeller (from paradise wheel in CA).
Will probably be to small for your 383.
Also need the chip that came with it, I have a copy of the original bin file if you do go this way (all it is a an ARAP bin with a modified full throttle mixture table)
I still have most of the kit installed, upgraded to the later SN2000 with a high output impeller. Puts out about 8 to 9 psi on my mostly stock ZZ4 crate engine.
Now I am around 12.6 to 12.8 110-112 mph in the 1/4 (with 2.59 rear axle)
If you need anymore info post it here, and I'll help if I can.
