Default Plugging ports on throttle body, L98 supercharged?

Desire to actually machine off and plug (not vacuum cap) the bib on the upper right side of the throttle body, the feed for the passenger side valve cover.

Also machine off and plug the water entry and exit on the throttle body.

My question is, surely someone has done this, and what did you use to plug the orfices with?

Also what is the second hose bib on the passenger side for (1987)? I noticed the 1985 throttle bodies don't have this.
