Default "Zex" dry system, will my car handle a 75 shot ok?

My fuel presure is at a steady 49 psi, I want to go to a 100 shot at the highest, but decided to stick with the 75 shot untill I hear what you guy's out there have to say about me doing that.

I got "autolite 104'2" which is one step colder then the stock one's before I saw your thread on the type of plug's, next time I'll opt for the one's you sugested.
I've heard from so many people telling me not to get "platnium" plug's, why is this?
