Default What fuel pressure is best for nitrous applications?

Once I get these leaking injectors or failed regulator squared away I'm hoping to start tuning the car. I'd like to set the pressure once and then leave it alone and just make changes in the chip down the road.

My question is does anybody know what fuel pressure NX estimates you to be running when you mount their fuel solenoid's feed line to the fuel rail?

I beleive that the NX pills for an LT1 are designed for 43.5 psi of fuel pressure. As you know, when you do your dyno testing, you can play with different fuel pressure to modify the air/fuel under juice, but I would start somewhere between 42-46 psi. The Camaro kits are supposed to be rated for 39psi.

Not sure which one your kit is rated for though. I guess an easy way to find out wouldbe to compare the recommended pills for the 100 shot. Mine is 52/33 for a 100 shot.

That is exactly what mine says for 100. This is kit...

Part#: 20920
"ALL" GM "STAGE ONE" EFI SINGLE NOZZLE SYSTEM (35-150 h.p)

The jet sheet has basically every GM engine except for an L98 on it. Anyone wanna know what to use for 75hp in a Bonneville? :D

At 43psi and 1050 psi bottle pressure, you should see close to 11.8-12:1 air/fuel on a dyno with those jets.

I had sent NX an email before making this post. They just got back to me saying that the system was setup for around 45psi. :)
