well, i strapped the Z to my buddy's dyno last night to check out the new mods (my own programming, Mallory ignition, NX 100 shot). here are my numbers:
off the bottle, i pulled 310.5hp and 335.2ft-lbs!
on the bottle, i pulled 406.7hp and 497.2ft-lbs!
great numbers IMO for a bolt on 1995 LT1 (and roller rockers) with 128,XXX miles on it!
so do you all think i would be wrong if i had some decals/emblems made that read 365HP?
365HP X 85% (15% loss for an M6)=310.25
do you think that would be cool?
I would leave the 365 HP off the car. Let the mustangs figure it out on there own. Nice numbers!!!!! The only drawback is that the bottle runs out. Your car looks awesome. I used to be an F-Body owner myself.
not too worried about people knowing what i have. i am a very sociable person, so alla they have to do is ask. and the bottle is just for back up, that is why i would not put 478HP on there (406 is 85%of 478). i would only want a number on there that the car can back up any time. thanks for the compliment on the car, also. yours is sweet, too.
I wouldnt put it on my own car. But if you want to. i would say put a blower on then put on a sticker that says 300hp/340Tq...you would have no problem backing up those numbers
