hey guys Ive got a stock 94 that I am thinking about supercharging but I want to keep drivability in the car and dont want to burn it up. can you give me some information on these questions and any advice you might want to part with? how much mileage did you lose at freeway speeds and traffic driving? has anyone worked with superchargers4less, how were they to work with? does anyone have before and after performance numbers ? how much did it increase your top speed? did you have to modify anything under your hood to install it? have you noticed anything negative going on with your car after the install?
thanks in advance for any questions you may answer.

Well, there are probably a lot more knowledgable people out there to help you, but I have researched this topic pretty thoroughly. You have two (unless you plan to fabricate your own) supercharger options: procharger (8psi intercooled) or vortech (6psi) non-intercooled.
Driveability should not be reduced (IMO). There are plenty of supercharged and turbocharged vehicle out there that are stock. Remember that you are only forcing more air into your combustion chamber...that is all.
Superchargers4less are the lowest price that I have found so far for the procharger system (which will be my choice when I get the money together).
According to the manufacturers: Procharger 55-60% hp gain (about 460-480 hp) and vortech claims 425 hp. And yes it should increase your top speed (although I am concerned why you ask is upper 100's too slow for you) It should give you close to 200 mph as your top speed (probably 195 or so) just a edu. guess.
If you look at superchargersonline.com, there is a installation guide for the vortech system only. Says it take 20-22 hours for an actual mechanic. So probably twice that time if you do it yourself. Check out the website and see how much work it will take (won't be easy! but well worth it IMO).
Here are some other helpful sites to help you out. Research really well and ask questions before doing anything. The manufacturers or other outside sources should be able to help you more than I can, but if you have questions or need me to research something than drop me an email: slisula@msn.com.
