Default If I rplc stk fuel pump with a Walbro pump will I need the aux inline pump?

title says all, I am thinking about adding nitrous. If I do, would it be easier to just replace the stock fuel pump with the Walbro fuel pump instead of fooling around with splicing an auxiliary inline fuel pump in the line?

Yep. I know a guy that ran a 396 with 24# injectors and a 150 wet shot using only a 255lph in tank replacement pump. I would think it would feed it well enough. Even the stock pump will feed 100 shot on a stock motor just fine.

Nope- the Walbro will do just fine all by itself.

Here's a fun page showing flow rates and tech info on Walbro pumps. The GSS307 is good up to 60psi; the GSS340 can do 80-90psi for those using an FMU.

Muscle Motors sells these pumps for $119 and $139, respectively; that's where I bought mine...

I got mine from Muscle motors too. Get the Mustang kit though. Same pump at less costs.

Yeah it's the same pump, but the GM kit include the wiring harness adapter and correct size fuel sock.
