Default Fogger system/super rams/ fuel system/Hobbs switch/wiring/ I have a few Q's.

I have a super ram inatke and I am worried about blowing it up with the plate system I have for it.

I want to install a wet fogger in the plenum, shooting down at the runners, in hopes that I can still remove the valve covers. (if possible)
Does anyone know if this will work, both removing the valve covers, and shooting the N2O at the runner top?

Next I want to run a 1 gallon fuel cell with a fuel system just for the N2O. I need a pump and a regulator and a hobbs switch for this.
What fuel pressure does a fogger system run at? any? Does it depend on the amount of N2O I shoot into it?
Whats a good fuel pump and regulator for my set up?

Are hobbs switches adjustable to what ever pressure I want?

When I arm the N2O system, would I wire the fuel pump to turn on at the same time?

Can the mallory RPM window switch control both sutting down the fuel and N2O systems at the same time? I asume this is simply done?

Anyone know anything about N2O blow off plates? I seen them on hogans sheet metal intakes and I was wondering if it would be smart to look into installing these on the intake to keep it in one piece.

TIA

Valid concern.....I purchased a wet fogger kit for the same reason.

Mine are plumbed into the runners. THey are plumbed in about a 1/2 inch below where the plenum meets the runner. Valve covers can be removed, with not much more wiggling than was originally required.

Your best bet it to run a holley blue or something or the sort carb base pump. Pressures are only at the 7-12psi range. All of NOS's jets are designed for low pressure systems like this anyway. You could by a pump with a built in reg. or use an external reg. like an Aeromotive or somthing like that.

I believe they make them in various pressures so you can pick and choose.

Yes...put it on a relay and have it turn on when you arm the system. ITs a good idea to have a gauge before the solenoid as well.

If it blows, its just gonna take out the plenum lid. So that may not be too terrible.....better than taking out the whole thing..:)

TIA

Great, Thanks for the reply!

I am very glad to hear the valve covers can be removed with the foggers actually in the runners.

Do you have any pics of your intake with the fogger in it?

I am out of town until monday but I can send pics when I get back. It's pretty funny we both have the same idea for the seperate fuel cell just for race gas for the nitrous system. I don't think the fuel rail can spare the amount of fuel needed for a healthy shot(above 200hp) and I am not willing to find out what would happen.

yeah, I would feel a lot better with the 2 fuel sources seperate, plus it keeps the gas bill down on the race gas side.
I was going to relocate my battery to the rear area, so I was thinking about havong the fuel cell mounted where the battery was. Have not decided how I feel about it being there yet though.
Shoot me some pics when ever you can.
