The stock fuel lines will be fine but your going to need a 255LPH pump like the Warboro that Racetronix sells.
On a normally aspriated 383 LT4 I built a few years ago the stock pump ran out about 390RWHP.
Cool project. Best of luck with it.

Thank you much appreciated.
What size of injectors and what was the fuel pressure at that point, because im running with 60 ibs injectors so i think i might need to run it at lower pressure than original that i think is 39-42 PSI and i am assuming that if i run it lower than that the flow should increase some but i guess i will find out and just keep an eye on the pressure guage.
What a great tool this forum is :-)

illenema what fuel pressure are you running with and boost-H/P.
Is it that burning dragster that uses the 60 ib injectors then it might be a little to big for my set up hehe :-)

Niklas, I am running a 255 pump, stock lines, and 60lb injectors. Its NA but it makes 462rwhp on e85. Pressure stays rock solid. Never changes. FWIW the reason I throw this out there is you need about 30 percent more fuel when running e85. So IMO the volume will be there for you with stock lines and a 255 pump.

Thank you all for the information i guess this fuel 255lph pump you guys write about is the in tank pump.
i have never opened the tank on my corvette but is there is an access from the trunk i assume the original pump is inside the tank am i correct ? it is a 1992.
What are the benefits with E85 and i guess there are some things that arent that good too!

Too replace the pump, go to racetronix web page and get the kit. It makes it a simple change. To get the pump out you remove the filler tube. Its all one piece and comes out the top.
The advantage to the E85 is its around 105 octane. It burns cleaner, less hydro carbons, and cooler, but you have to burn about 30 percent more then standard pump gas. That was the only reason I brought it up. I am making 462rwhp off of E85, (which requires 30 percent more fuel then pump gas) and doing this with just the addition of the 255 pump.
Here is a link to the pump. http://www.racetronix.com/RX-C44-FPA.html

Finally got home and got some done.
the cooler for the intercooler are in position and fitted perfect between the engine cooler and A/C cooler.
Water pump and hoses for the intercooler.
The serpentine belt was an easy thing only added an extra pulley on one of the bolts for the generator, im hoping that the contact surface on the generator pulley will be enough if not i will add one more wheel there.
I will post some pictures at www.rootsblowncorvettec4.com

Very interesting. Roots are the hot ticket. Clearance is the bummer on the C4 though. I recently read an article about a guy that modded a Kenne Bell on a fox body to use a front mount Air-to-Air with impressive results. Would be interesting to see if something like that could be made to work on these cars. Keep us posted!
