Default Pump oil from low mounted turbo

What's a good way to pump the oil from a turbo back into the oil pan above the oil level for a low-mounted turbo. I remember seeing a pic of a turbo that actually had a small oil reservoir box built below the turbo, but I never saw what was used for a pump. I do know that a line went to a bung that was welded into the oil pan. I just don't know what he used for a pump.
