How to get from NA to SC

I have a mostly stock 89 with a 6 speed. I am having the intake ported, K&N Filter, 36mm TB, SLP runners, TPIS Intake, 24# Injectors, Melrose Headers, 3" pipes to Magnaflow Mufflers. I'm interested in supercharging this and need a grocery list. I want as much as possible, but it's not a racecar and I still want it capable of cruising and being a comfortable ride when I want it to be.

choose from head units (based on power goals) all the way down to the details of staged methanol injection and custom valve covers etc.
