My Accel Generation 7 is velcroed to the top of the maintenance free Battery . No problems after two years !
Built a frame and put MSD 6 over the water bottle on the other side .

I put my gen7 inside my glove box. I took out the plastic liner and drilled a hole strait into the engine compartment. Works well for hooking up the laptop, you just open the glove box and pull out the serial cable.

Aftermarket ECU mounted behind where the bread box was located in '85-'89. Computer connect lays beside the passenger seat for easy hookup to laptop.
