the blow off tube ran back into the inlet for the sc. i removed it from the inlet and now it blows the air under the car, also pluged where it hooked to the inlet. i did this because it has been 99deg down here and i thought it would help lower intake temps. was i wrong in doing this? anyone else done it? my ait sensor is before the sc so i dont know what the temps are. thanks

A lot of people run their blow off valve to bleed to the atmos. This is also common on turbocharged cars...
the reason why they re-route the air to the intake track is for a few reasons. it suppose to retain "velocity" in front of the compressor, as it takes the turbocharger/centri-supercharger some time to rebuild air-flow after you've let off the throttle.
However, positive displacement superchargers also run a bypass valve that routes air back into the intake track (at the same time HEATING up the air). In this example, you would be right... the compressed air is hot.
If the blow off valve is after the MAF, then the air has already been metered, and thus you are now releasing measured air (not a good thing). If the BOV is before the MAF than the air has not been metered, so OK* to vent to atmosphere. If not a MAF car, then OK to vent to atmosphere.
* if the BOV is anwhere close to the MAF, air can experience reversion that will actually suck metered air backwards through the MAF causing all sorts of "funky" things to happen to the tune (also bad).

I was addressing the change as if on a MAF car so that no MAF cars decides to do this. I thought that he was already clear that on S/D there is no tuning impact. I should have been more clear (edited above).
I'm hoping the house is finished by the end of the month! The 95 is white with the stock GS wheels on it. Hasn't moved in a while because I've had the interior out putting sound deadening material in.
