Default the adapter is out.. :D but....

ok.. got the adapter out without removing the hub again, but now I need to ask if anyone using the 6+8 rib pulley had trouble with it clearing the cross member and the hub.. it may not be fully seated, but right now.. I don't see how to get this balancer on the hub without removing the engine.. so I suppose I need to find a way to see if it is seating without being able to line up the pulleys.
