I know you are all probably tired of the pictures, but i like posting them and it is easy to send links to my dad and brother to check out so bare with me on them..lol

these are pictures of the completed fuel system.

fabricated fuel rails
-10AN feed split to -8AN lines to rails
twin intank Walbro GSS340S pumps (no pics, but they look pretty in the bracket I fabbed up for them..lol)
Aeromotive A1000 EFI boost reference regulator
there is also a Barry Grant -10AN filter it is HUGE but should flow the fuel and is supposed to be an outstanding piece.

Bill.. yeah too late for the pumps, they are sealed up and in place, it was not realley a huge project though if you are thinking of doing it yourself, I would be more then happy tell you how I did it.

Chris.
Look like you pressurised the regulator and split two lines to the rails?. If you did that it not a good idea. Mine -08an pressuried the rail first before the regulator. just a thought.

yes I am running a short dead end system, If I have trouble with my AF ratios I will worry about it then, but I doubt it will be an issue as alot of new vettes run this system and the 1000rwhp supras run the same exact regulator the exact same way with no ill issues.. so I am very confident it will work well.. but thanks for the look!

Interesting setup on the dead ended rails. In theory it should work just fine, I'm not sure what happens when you start sucking out ALOT of fuel. You might end up starving out the frist two cylenders, but I'd think the dual pumps should be able to keep up with that.

I like the MSD placement, No A/C compressor for you???

that is not the location for the MSD, I just have it sitting there while I decide where I can put it.. I would like to keep it visible because It is purty red and matches lots of things under the hood..lol I will retain the AC and all other accesories, that is important however for the winter I may wait before I relocate the AC radiator to the rear as I am gonna be dropping the differential in spring todo the energy suspension bushings throughout the car and would like to swap gears while I am back thereand possihbly upgrade the posiunit to something a little bit stouter.

as for progress, I got alot done this weekend, the tranny and torque arm, and driveshaft are in, the fuel return line is run, I am about 40% finished with the stainless manifolds as I decided to reroute a few pipes to retain the use of the stock passenger side motor mount in case I start selling kits.. which I have been recieving alot of inqueries on, the stainless plumbing is gorgeous,, beautiful welds with the TIG machine, knocked over dimes at all joints. It made a HUGE difference under the hood as far downpipe sizing as well, I may be able to sneak my 3.5" downpipe in there now, but will have to wait till she is all finished up to be sure. I am not slowing down until she is 100% finished at this point.. I have the momentum!! whoo hoo..
