what is that braided hose that runs around the turbo??

That water neck looks nice, good call on the downward angle, its going to stay out of the way of the piping going into the TB

Brian,

hey man I got the connectors and got the rest of the wiring finished on the fuel pumps... thanks man!! I will get those shirts shipped out this week to ya!

the braided line running around the turbo is the oil feed line, I am going to use a supra drain tube and am just waiting to get it so I know where to cut the braided line.. it is just wrapped around the turbo hanging for now. still gotta do the feed line as well.. I am going to use solid SS hard line similar to brake lines from NAPA, and just bend them as needed to make a clean run to the turbo. that is a next week project..lol getting ready to go put the flywheel clutch bellhousing on the engine and set her in place.. have some buddies coming by in a while to help me slide the tranny in place. So I am off to the garage!

HJV11,

I know right.. seems like it is taking forever..lol.. the little things keep holding me up..but I am a perfectionist when it comes to wiring and routing lines etc etc.. so I get engrossed in small projects that in the end will pay off, but getting there takes a little more time this way..lol anyways thanks for the engouragement!

thank you for staying true to the LTx series.

So many people on here think an LSx is the only way to make 8 or 9xx hp.

Not true. Sure its cheaper, but why do what everyone else is doing?

Ive made my investment in my LTx motor. I believe that one can match the LSx's superior head/intake flows by simply pulleying down to make more boost on the stronger, extra head bolt iron block LTx motor and w/ use of aftermarket heads.

The real issue is all the shops solely focus on LSx performance so theres not as much a wealth of knowledge on FI LTx.

But you have proven it is just as capable a platform.
