If you talk to Greg at Blowerworks greg@blowerworks.net he can modify your Vortech intake which will help.... I was running a 3.125 with a 7 inch crank pulley with a 7 rib belt and was "bumping 10 pounds...

I installed his 8 rib with better tensioning and was hitting 12 at 5500... with a ATI balancer that was 7.5 inches...

Hope this helps

The stock pulley sizes are 7 inches on the crank and 3.125 on the S/C, which are supposed to give from 6-8 pounds. Generally it depends on how much belt slip you get... If you are running 6 ribs then it may be more difficult to get too much more.. I was running an older 7 rib setup... which did help some, but I still sufered belt slip on the top end.
