Any benefit from water injection?

I have a Paxton S/C only running 5 lbs of boost. Will water injection help much? It seems like I have read that it isnt necessary or much help with that small of an amount of boost.

Hi Moose,

If you are having trouble with knock and need to retard your timing it could be benficial...

But would agree in most cases 5 pounds of boost it wouldn't be necessary... however chilling the incoming air could provide some perfomance benefits...
