There is no way this car should be restored, it is a piece of Corvette history. I would change all the fluids, inspect the hoses, brakes etc for wear and add some mystery oil when the oil gets changed and you should be good to go. The goal is to preserve Corvettes like this and take them through NCRS Bowtie and Benchmark certification. Restoring the car would ruin the car and it's value.

2020 C5 of the Year Finalist - Unmodified
Definitely a top survivor car if the engine compartment is as good as the rest, the original paint and interior are incredible, very nice, GLWS.

I’ve owned a few 5 star Bowtie C3 cars and this looks as good as any I’ve had. Rare to see cars like this come up for sale in the open market. An educated buyer will buy this and never look back. GLWS

First off, this car is absolutely stunning.
Based on some of the sales I've seen lately, this car is a huge bargain
Good luck with your sale. Someone is going to get a beautiful piece of Corvette history!!.

If you dont sell immediately on this site I would certainly consider BAT.... Would be a fun auction to watch and they seem to pull in top dollar on C3's... Beautiful car!!!!

Wow, what a great example of an unrestored 70 big block! The car has one of the nicer unrestored chassis I have seen in a while. This car would Bowtie and Benchmark no problem. Do you have any original paperwork you can post? GLWS and hope the car finds the right home to keep it preserved and take it through judging.

I will guarantee, Engine pad Legitimacy, Trim Tag Legitimacy, Protect-O-Plate Legitimacy, all with a CCAS Affirmation and provide NCRS Confirmation of Original General Motors Documents for Shipper Copy and Order Copy. I would prefer to let the next caretaker receive all accolades and in return I get the Check
