Ah, I think this is the car that had a fairly crusty frame and I suspected it had been repainted going from the visible flaws in the paint that were not factory.

I've still got lots of photos of the car.

Interesting.

Interested parties should satisfy themselves that the body is as described.

I personally feel that, and this is just my opinion, that the car had had a fair bit of paint work.

I'm probably standing in a line of one when I say this, but I'd rather have original factory paint worn through to the primer and checked like a land speed record surface than a less than perfect repaint.

Line ov two (as in get in line). That would be perfect. make mine black, patina'd, even a little aesthetically beat. I have little interest in pretty cars. You cant have anything nice where i live. By the time i get my rollers and exhaust on there and stance it just so, i guarantee you no one will be looking at the paint.

Are you still looking? Man, you're patient. I've given up... for now. There's absolutely nothing ov value where i am, and money is tight. Gonna build my 68 AMX instead and hopefully someone with a decent C3 will want to trade once its driving... I'm losing my **** here. I need to build something! I need to drive an old car again.

Nope - not given up and yes, I'm infuriatingly patient.

I do have a wild card lined up for inspection this weekend, so we'll see if that leads anywhere....
