I am a little confused on your discription due to lack of punctuation (commas, periods). Is it a 1979 that was restored in 1995 with a new frame? Was the engine stroked out to 400cubic inches or 400 horse power? Does the engine build effect the vacuum of the headlights? Does the AC and wipers work? Does the restoration include the enterior? More information helps the potential buyer to decide whether to pursue your car or another. You car looks great. GLWTS
