Default F/S 1969 automatic 427 stingray, 78,000 original miles

SOLD!!!
F/S 1969 automatic 427 Stingray (L36), 79,000 original miles with matching numbers on block and trans. This was an orginal 390HP car that came with a 4 barrel carburetor and when motor was rebuild it was rebuilt with a new TriPower caburetor

BODY OFF RESTORATION, REBUILT MOTOR TRANS, NEW PAINT
I’m am the third owner of this beautiful Cortez Silver 427 Corvette Stingray with Red interior. I need to make room in my garage ,so I’m selling it after only 9 months of ownership and asking for 39k. In my 9 months of ownership I have put 12k in restoration, repair and service to make this Vette a 10. Let me make this statement, everything works. I am located in San Diego CA and can be reached at 619.300.9032 or kristopherbush99@yahoo.com

2004 motor & TH400 Transmission rebuilt at 72,000 miles
• New TriPower carburetor
• All new fuel lines
• Bore & Stroke- .030 427 which is a 4.280 bore
• Scat 4.250 Crankshaft which makes it a 489ci engine
• Comp cams 11-770-8 mechanical roller cam
• K&N air filter
• Hooker headers ceramic coated 1 & 7/8 (they have been machined to fit perfect with no leaks)
• Rapid fire 6 plugs
• Accel ceramic boot plug wires (headers won’t burn them)

Every light works including:
• emergency brake and bright light indicators
• turn signals
• hazard lights
• reverse lights
• head lights
• bright head lights
• running lights
• 3 interior lights
• door ajar light indicator
• seatbelt indicator
• head light indicator

2011 full body off restoration with 72,500 miles & paint job, but I recently added:
• new speedometer cable (speedo is accurate)
• new trip milage counter
• new heat shielding and matting under new carpet
• 4 new 245/60/15 BF Goodrich tires
• 4 wheel alignment
• 4 new sets of brake pads
• 4 new rotors
• 4 new calipers
• new master cylinder
• new power steering pump
• new power steering gear box
• new power steering assist cylinder
• new power steering pulley
• windshield wiper arms & blades

These seals were recently replaced in Feburary of 2014
• rear main seal
• oil pan seal
• 4 rear end seals
• 2 transmission seals

This car has 8 small imperfections in the paint and very little signs of wear on the interior. I will send additonal pics to serious buyers and I will only sell to a buyer that meets in person to go over and test drive the car. I just recently had some professional engagement pics taken and a lot were with the car so I’ve added some nice photos along with videos. This car is a muscle car with a big loppey idle that shakes when sitting still but drives like a dream. Car will come with a car cover, 12 quarts of Joe Gibbs Hot rod oil 15w-50, 2 WIX filters, interior screw kit, storage bag for Tee Tops, 2 set of floor mats (red Lloyds with Stingray in cursive and black stock rubber mats), 2 keys, spare interior door handle 427 air cleaner sticker & new set of wheel trim rings.

I have receipts form the 2004 10k engine rebuild, I have reciepts form the 2011 10k body off restoration, and I have reciepts from 12k of work I recently added and will share with seriours buyers. I do not have a receipt for the 2011 Cortez Silver paint job but was told it was a 10k paint job and it definitely has the quality of a 10k paint job.

I'm asking for 39k, please PM, email, or call if interested.

My heart sank when I read the "firm" on the price. I could use this in my stable.

Graduated from Jacksonville in 2000. However, I hung out with Chico, Joel, slick rick, Jason Dorn, etc back when I was 15-16 I guess. Brings me back

Love it! Hydraulic roller or solid roller? The listed Comp 11-770-8 is a solid roller.

your listing 460 ci . Your description states 4.280 bore and 4.25 stroke crank That would make it a 489 ci. Nice car Ron B.
