For Sale 1969 427/390hp coupe
1969 matching numbers 427/390hp T-top optioned with 4-speed, power steering, brakes and windows, air conditioning, tilt/tele column. Lemans blue with bright blue interior. I've owned it for the past 12 years and 10,000 miles, odometer reads approx 124,500 miles. Since purchase, the motor, carb, alternator & transmission have been rebuilt. Rear end was gone through and the clutch was replaced. New chambered exhaust and tires, brakes redone, new interior and carpet/pad. All gauges are correct and working including the clock. New front wire harness including fiber optics, vacuum hoses and power steering hoses. A/C originally working but was never recharged after rebuild. Appears to have been repainted once 15+ years ago and has stress cracking and chips but is still very presentable.
Frame and birdcage are solid - Original Florida car.
Low rpm cruising due to 3:08 gears due to a/c option from factory.
Located west of Cleveland in North Ridgeville Ohio.
$33,000

Currently no underside pics. I'll try to take some this weekend. Suspension and bushing were on my next "to do" list.
Thanks for your intrest!
Also, thanks for the complements, appreciate them.

We'll see when it gets here really depends on the amount of work I need to do to it. If I end up doing a partial restoration, repaint, chrome suspension etc. I will hang on to it for a few years.
As you know, well equipped, matching numbers, L36, C3's are getting extremely hard to find.

I'm curious what exactly do you expect from a car as this one looks to be as nice as they come; what could be on your mind to think it needs even a partial restoration?

We'll see car was bought sight unseen but I am expecting a relatively nice driver quality C3. I’m just a picky SOB that likes everything new so I tend to restore and keep most of the cars I get my hands on.

I know those are only pictures and you can't really tell until; but good lawd that is one NICE looking car! I would be really surprised to hear there are any flaws worth tearing into the car over.

I think it just needs a repaint, minor suspension work and some new chrome bits based on the additional pictures Bill sent and the conversation we had so that’s really what I mean by partial restoration. Minor stuff...
