Default 1970 350/350 convertible survivor, top flight

Up for sale is my 1970 Corvette convertible 350/350 HP with four-speed transmission and 39000 original miles. It has manual steering and brakes. It has its original working AM/FM radio and antenna which works perfectly. It has a Donnybrook Green exterior and green interior with a black convertible top. It comes with the original factory hardtop. This is a very special car. What makes it so special is it's unbelievable originality and the fact that it is completely unmolested. Every part of this car is numbers matching as it came from the factory. This car has never been hit with every single body panel factory original. I have all documentation for this car dating back to the day it was purchased by its original owner plus all judging sheets in an organized notebook. This includes the tank sticker, Protect-0-Plate, original bills of sale, service records and all original books and manuals in factory packet. The car was repainted very early in 1970. It is my understanding that upon delivery there were some defects in the paint and so the car was repainted. The paint is not perfect and has cracks and chips when looked at closely (it is 40 yrs. Old). It is presentable in its present condition but would be spectacular with a new paint job.I have been told by NCRS judges not to repaint it but that is up for debate I guess. The interior is in fantastic shape with one crack in the seam of the passenger seat. The original top is in great shape but does have a ½” flap cut in the rear window. The rear window is discolored but can be seen through. The birdcage and frame are rust free however there is some minor surface rust on the front cross member. I did not remove it so as not to disturb its originality. This car received a regional top-flight award in its present condition in November of 2009. The previous owner drove the car from Pennsylvania to Marlborough Massachusetts for judging. The engine runs perfectly, steering is tight and this car can be driven anywhere in complete confidence. This car is a joy to drive and own and would be almost impossible to duplicate. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me at 732-713-8004 or ckrop@aol.com. my name is Charlie. Price is $32000.00 firm

Default No interest in this wonderful car?

Wow, I cant believe that this car has garnered no interest. That proves to me that the Vette market is really depresse.

True... I'd stick with it though, you are priced in the right ballpark for that car. GLWS!

Agree. That seems to be a very reasonable price for that particular car. Pretty cool stuff.

Very, very nice. Price is fair. Are you bringing it to Carlisle?

I just realized that I have a wedding the weekend of Carlisle so unfortunately wont be able to make it. It's amazing that you can have nothing for weeks then the 2 things you want to do are on the same weekend.

Love the green on green, only a Vette can get away with it, could you see a brand new green/green vette today, or do they make one, none that I remember seeing

Hi Charlie,

Did something get dropped on the rear of the car where the paint is chipped? Any pics of the underside... differential?

That chip was caused by my stupidity. I had the car on my lift and when i closed the garage door the mechanism nicked the paintI should have some pics of the underside. If not I will take some for you if you have interest in the car. Boy do I have mixed feelings about selling this car. I drove it the other day and it was fantastic. Started right up after sitting for months in my garage. If you want pictures please give me your email and I will get you some as soon as I can get the car up on the lift.
Charlie
