Default 1969 L46 F/S or F/T 19K Oklahoma

Gentlemen and Ladies

I have terminal cancer and will be selling my Corvette (hopefully) within the next year or two in order to take my family on a nice last trip. I am not ready to sell it yet; but want to put it out there for anyone that might be interested at some point in the future where my health dictates that I get on with this trip idea before I can't physically do it.

Below is a pic of the car and a link to my web page where you can see a little of what I have done to it. While I probably do have nearly 24K in this car; I don't really expect to get that out of it, I just put that up to have a price on the ad.

12/05/2012 Edited price to more realistic 19K (still just starting point) and will trade down for another C3.

Sincerely,

Steve Hoog

Default vette

Of all the reasons to sell this one sucks sorry about the diagnosis and best of luck with the family trip hope the time is treasured by all.

BTW Nice looking car should be easy to find her to a new home.

I'd like to make Eureka Springs at least one more time; hopefully twice, but I'm getting into the gray area on my time thinking I can do Eureka in 2014

A family trip to Disneyland is what I promised them; not a another drab Corvette Weekend. lol

Default Bless you and Good luck

Keep fighting. I was told I had four months to live due to metastatic melanoma. That was over two and half years ago. Do whatever it takes and by all means love your precious family and draw strength from them.

I apprecciate all the concerns and trust me I will take all the prayers from any willing Christians.

Let me explain that I didn't post this for a ride on the pity wagon; I was just explaining what I am doing in case someone was interested, so they will see the time is not yet at hand.

I am very much at terms with my situation

Steve I may well be in the market next couple of years. I just started looking for a 68-71 corvette. Who knows maybe our paths will meet. God bless!

Still feeling well with another Eureka Springs under my belt; if there are no big surprises I should make another Eureka Springs in 2013.

My oldest son next to his mom's 75 that he got to bring up and my 69.

I have at least one more year underway! If anyone is interested please do not be afraid to approach me; I would rather sell than hold it and leave my family stuck with it. I am also willing to trade down for another C3. However; if I don't get any nibbles, as soon as this round of Chemo is done I will be rebuilding the front suspension

Joe, do you need more photos than what are on my web page?

Here are some more links with pics throughout, not many from this year as the weather was horrible:

The interior is something that needs to be gone through. It looks good enough, fresh carpet, and no major damage per say; but when you spend time you can find flaws throughout. Nothing a camera would pick up on. I personally have done nothing with the interior; as is as I got it, I "think" it may have two driver seats in it. The two big things missing are the head rest and factory seat belts, nothing 1K won't take care of

But I'll try to get a shot or two at lunch.

I will also add the windshield wiper door and vent is a major area in need of imporvement, it works but barley and not lined up good. Both side windows do not line up good either, someone put new weatherstrips all around but didn't do a good job of installing. The main thing I have worked on since getting it is the drivetrain; cosmetic stuff will be last if I have time.

Great looking 69 Corvette Steve . I currently have a 2008 Z06 just finished paying her off. I'm looking to get a C3 also. I'm sorry to hear about your health situation. Looking through your posted photos I can tell you're a good person. I wish you well . Take care of yourself and enjoy every second with your family.
