trade my 74L82 convert for a 78 pace car?

I have a 74L82 convert in beautiful condition. I may be interested in trading it for a 1978 corvette pace car. My car is maglia red with black top and interior. It also has the matching hardtop. It only has 74k miles, auto, air,p/w, and new tires, calipers, and top. The body is almost perfect and interior is nice. It is a matching numbers car.
