Forced to Sell my car, could really use some help on price...

I just found out i'm going to be a dad, so as much as I HATE to do it, i've got to sell my 1977 vette. I want to get as much as I can for it while still keeping it a fair price. So heres a list of details on the car If anyone could help me out with a fair selling price (maby leaning twords the sellers side) I'd really appreciate it. 1977 white corvette red interior (leather with the cloth inserts) minor paint problems (few stone chips ect..) interior needs to be redone but its not horrible new handling parts: tires brakes all new brake calipers brake lines rear end cover (heavy duty) rear spring all new front susp. New parts: Distrubutor Water pump Alternator Radiator Fuel pump Chrome air cleaner Power steering pump Fan clutch Oil pump & oil pan New performance engine parts: Performer Aluminum heads Performer aluminum intake Performer RPM cam Carb Headman headers True Duel with Dynomax mufflers Included with the car: Stock air cleaner Stock heads Stock intake manifold Stock cam Stock carb Stock exhaust manifolds I've been working on it quite a bit over the last 2 summers, most of the parts listed above are less than 2 years old, and since I've put the mods on the engine I dont think i've gone more than 5k miles. any help you guys can give would be great Thanks, Mike K

If the frame and the floors are not rotten, (If they are then its a parts car) If not expect to get $4,000 to $6,500 for a 77 depending on the market in your city/state. In Toronto you can buy those vette for $3000 to $4500
