Hello all!
My church is holding a fund raising raffle for any Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Pontiac, Cadillac, Chrysler, Jeep, Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury of upto a $40,000 value. There are a total of only 1000 tickets that will be sold at $100 a chance and it is tax deductable. At this moment there are only 450 tickets sold and the drawing is June 30th regardless weather all tickets are sold. The chances are good, it's a tax deductable donation and the proceeds benefit a good cause.
If you are interested please email me and I will send you more info.
Thanks for your time.
Chris

Let's see, the winner has to pay the difference between $40k and the sticker price of a vette, or about $13k for a vert for that "$100 vette", and you folks pull in $60k if you sell all the tickets? The beauty of this is you have a 1/1000th chance to cough up $13+K. I need to hold some raffles!!
Location: Sometimes I wonder... why is that frisbee getting bigger? Then it hits me.

Let's see, the winner probably wants a new car anyway, so if $100 could save them $40,000, I think the 1/1000th chance isn't to shabby.
Just because its not for you doesn't mean you have to knock it...
yeah it doesn't say a NEW car... it says ANY car under 40K. So yeah that's not so bad. I'm still not interested though, sorry, I'm still holding out for the NCM raffle in aug or sept. (Can't remember when it is! ACK!)
