Default F/S 1975 Coupe, auto, A/C, Winter project?

I've just acquired our 4th Vette so I need to make room in the shop. This is a well equipped '75 L48 Coupe. It has been repainted a couple of times and new carpet has been added. As you can see from the pics the current paint looks really nice. The engine is not the original but is a 350 with a date stamp indicating a build date of Nov. '76. The seats are in good shape but one door panel needs work and the dash pad is cracked. It has 134,000 miles on the Odo at this point. This would be a great project car or could be a driver with a little work.
Asking $10k but I'm willing to listen to offers. There is a link below to a photo gallery as well as those shown below.

Not sure what "engine appears to be original" means. Do the numbers match?

Did you have all the custom upholstery work done?

Sorry, what that meant was that I was told by the guy I bought it from that it was the original but I was planning to replace it so I never checked. A bad assumption on my part as it turns out to be a 1976 engine. I've updated the post to reflect that.

The upholstery was done when I got it as well. The seats are pretty decent but one door panel needs to be replaced.
