WTB :68 69 road race car

wtb a road race 68 -69 eligible to italian road race. the rules are a bit different here in respect to the USA... need this: TITLE good interiors ( not totally spoiled interiors) fender flares stock suspensions-drivetrain but race prepared ( coolers, solid bushings...) stock brakes but... L88 hood FIA headlights I don't need the engine. at the end a mild not overmodded racecar budget: less that usd 30k

not bad considering the price but need a race car with fender flares , frame reinforcements and so on...
unfortunately i have no time to make all the mods by myself and even if I buy a nice car at 14k , i would end up at 30k anyway, i think
