Need help please..

I have been talking to the owner about buying a car in Concord, california. I would really love to have someone look at it. Is there anyone in that area of Cally sho would could check it out? I would happily reimburse or pay a reasonable inspection fee. Speed is of the essense because there are a couple of other interested parties. Thanks so much.
