Default '69 vette roadster for sale, california car

I want $14,500.00, here's the pics, full description following the pics:

Mille Miglia Red/ Black Leather/ White Top Four Speed, Rallye Wheels, Power Steering. A super clean and dry frame California car!! Very nice and presentable Corvette. 916-983-1231 home. 916-955-2799 cell.

Complete Mechanical Rebuild as Follows:

383 four bolt main stroker engine has Edelbrock aluminum heads, water pump, intake manifold, and new Edelbrock Quadrajet carburetor with original style and functioning automatic choke. It has a Competition Cams retro fit hydraulic roller camshaft and lifter set up with the LT4 hot cam specifications. Also has the Competition Cams Magnum Force roller rocker arms. Hypereutectic pistions with double moly rings. All engine fasteners are new ARP anodized bolts. The engine was balanced with the flywheel. There is a new Be Cool Aluminum radiator with a new factory fan clutch. It also has a SPAL auxiliary electric fan with thermostat control. This engine runs on regular or mid grade pump gas all day long. It NEVER runs hot even on the worst summer days!! It has the original rebuilt tach drive distributor that works just fine. The car has all the original style fuel lines, chrome air cleaner, distributor shielding, and LT1 style Chevy aluminum valve covers. There is a new, single wire, chromed 100 amp alternator in place. All together this car looks Corvette correct under the hood. It has Hooker ceramic coated Super Comp headers going to a new 2 1/2" exhaust systems with "H" pipe and new Walker Super Dyno Max stainless steel mufflers and factory tail pipe tips out the back. This car has the absolute correct muscle sound yet idles nicely and has excellent mid-range torque. It has a rebuilt Muncie wide ratio transmission with all new 11" heavy duty clutch components including a new clutch ball and fork. It has a Hurst shifter for easy and precise shifts. The shifter perfectly fits within the original center console of the car. Even the back up lights work!!

All suspension components were replaced or rebuilt. All new springs front and rear as well as KYB high pressure nitrogen shocks. All new ball joints and bushings. The rear has rebuilt trailing arms. All the driveline and half shaft u-joints were replaced with heavy duty US built units. The 3.31:1 rear positraction was rebuilt before I bought the car and was found to be in excellent shape. The car has all new power steering components. All of the brake system is new from Stainless Steel Brake products. The brakes are not power boosted.

The car has all new BF Goodrich TA Radials, 245-R60-15, including the matching spare tire!!

All of the guages work except the clock. It has an older aftermarket AM/FM Cassette radio with a working power antenna, separate amplifier, and 6x9 speakers that rest behind the seats in the luggage compartment. The cassette portion does not work.

This car is NOT a show car, but, it is so much more than just an average driver. It is powerful as a Corvette should be yet easy to drive around town. Only the windshield wiper motor is left to be rebuilt. The vacuum door for the wipers and headlights work fine. The wiper motor electrics need rebuilding. I've NEVER driven this car in wet weather so it wasn't an urgent item for me.

The body and shiny paint are nice but does have some blemishes. The chrome is all there and in excellent condition. All window glass is in great shape. The soft top looks like new.

If you want an excellent driveable early shark body Corvette roadster, this is it!! At this price, it is first come, first served. I am in Folsom, Ca. Come and get it!!!

No trades.

Deals like this don't come around too often. Someone will get a fabulous deal. I wish I lived near you.

Good luck!

Thanks for your comments!

You could always ship it out with DAS. A tight, clean, dry, and rust free C3 is a sweet thing indeed

Looks like a nice turn key 69 convertible with all the mechanicals sorted out and ready to drive. Some muscle too. Priced to sell. Good luck with your sale

Yikes, how often do see deals like that around here? Usually the asking prices for comparable cars are too far off to counter. Money left on the table.

Wow, saw it on Craig's list Friday, considered calling you on Saturday but went to Good Guy's in Pleasanton instead. Not surprised it didn't last.

Just shows if you price them right "they will come", bottom line. End of Story.

Thanks!! It sure helped to sell the car through CraigsList. It brought a serious buyer with cash out very early in the morning.
