I am selling my 1973 Corvette Stingray Coupe with painted t-tops. This vette is mostly original with a matching numbers L82 350 V8 and a 3 speed auto transmission. It has 66K original miles on it and is originally an Arizona
car. It has factory air and blows cold. It has new brake system parts(calipers, pads, lines) and a new fuel tank
and fuel lines. The starter was replaced a few months ago and new rally wheels and tires. The paint is in good
shape but is not perfect. The chrome is not perfect but still looks decent. The interior is in great shape and it has cloth seats and custom door panels...actually nicer than the vinyl originals. Most everything works on the car...it has power windows and manual door locks. The headlights go up and down perfectly but the brights don't work. It has the original am/fm stereo and it works. The clock doesn't work but the rest of the gauges work great. The car has new aluminized and welded exhaust with flowmaster mufflers. It sounds great and it is not too loud. The car starts up great and drives straight with no shake or pull.
You have to see it in person to appreciate. I have won a couple trophies with this car at local shows and it receives plenty of attention. Please feel free to ask me any questions about the car. I am asking $14500 or best offer. Call Tony at 832-452-4467 Car is in the Houston area.
Pretty car....Is it me and my eye's or other? I see the paint on the passenger side door to 1/4 panel are off by two shades from one another. I first saw it on the video, and then you cut away from the area...and now I see it with the dead on still shot here. Any comment on this...or is it my eye's and /or light playing tricks on me?
It is probably the light and shade due to the shape of the door and 1/4. It was all painted at the same time. It was late in the day and the sun was shining at the front of the car.
The paint color is original but the paint is not. The owner previous to me said he had it painted.
