So, it is back on the market.
So I assume Wes kept his deposit? I would have. Unless the guy could show him how he/you had misrepresented the car, I think the deposit money is his to keep. Otherwise, what is the purpose of a deposit in the first place?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: my least favorite part of the classic car hobby is buying and selling cars. I'm sure I'll be keeping the ONE I have for quite a while because I don't want to go through that again on either side.

Flying Low ... I thought I remembered that good looking blue convertible.

PK ....I told Wes when he took the deposit it would be his to keep if the buyer backed out. I don't know what he did about it. I have not asked.

SOLD today. 7-1-09 Corvette is on a trailer and on the way to its new home in Louisiana as we speak.

Buyer is very happy with his purchase of a great Corvette convertible.

Thanks for all the input and support here.
