Trade? 80 for 75-77

I have a 1980 black/red vette. It has 143,000 miles and is in good shape. The interior has all been replaced new and the exterior is in fair condition. Tires/rims are new less then 500 miles on them. New shocks, headlight system, power steering pump and gear box, new coolant system, and new entire brake system.Runs and drives good.

I am looking for a 76-77 in same shape. Mine is valued at 8000.00 or so.
