Default Which way should it go?

1968 327/350HP coupe, 4spd, numbers match. Paint code 900, std black vinyl trim. Body in primer, rear glass missing.
Manual brakes, Non-ac, mostly all there.
Missing tank, missing some small parts, new 1 piece front end laid up on the car, needs to be installed. Wrong hood, L88 short style.

1968 style doors laying in car, bumpers laying in car, seats unbolted laying in car, T-tops missing, wiper door missing. I havent finished digging through it yet, but the headlights are also laying inside. Shifter and console are there, fiber optics are there, correct speedo/tach as far as I can tell.

Car sat in storage for over 10 years.
4 rally wheels on it, rear and front suspension complete.

Is this thing worth more in parts or should I sell it as a complete car for someone to restore?

I already have a 1971 convertible car that Im happy with.

Thanks for the advice,
Richard

In my opinion, if its' made it this far, 40 years, it would be a shame to part it out. Might make a nice car for someone if they can make a driver out of it with some non original parts.

Bolt it back together and sell it if you choose not to keep it.

I'd say the answer lies in the condition of the frame and bird cage.

If you need to do rust repair probably parts car.

Default Now with pics!

I snapped some photos of the car this morning.

http://www.photohost.org/gallery/sho...00/ppuser/2830

Bird cage has some surface rust, but looks and feels solid.

Frame looks good while its still on trailer, couldnt get a good picture.

Fuel tank is missing.

After I removed all the parts laying in the cockpit, I discovered I do in fact have the cowl and wiper door. I even have some black OEM seatbelts!!

I tried a few times, had a hard time getting a clean pic of the engine pad and vin.

Please give feedback... if you think someone would be interested in fixing this car, I will post it for sale.

Thanks,
Richard
