Didn't you pose this same question in November? The market is a little soft right now. The range is $25,000 to $45,000 depending on condition and originality. A little more for 4 speeds than autos and more for convertibles than coupes. Good luck
That car sounds like a solid deal assuming there are no hidden issues. I think a realistic price for a '68-'69 L36 427/390 Coupe in #3 condition would be about $20-25K. Of course options such as factory side exhaust, air conditioning, popular colors, etc. can raise the price. I think side exhaust alone might raise the value of the car by $5K or more. Of course a '68 didn't come with side exhaust, so that shouldn't be a consideration on your car.

The car "was" for sale then, wasn't fishing for prices per se.
I had quite of few interested parties but didn't have enough time in the day to see it all the way through (single mom, soccer, work etc). The car is still in a heated shop and is now going back up for sale as things are a little less hectic and easier for me to deal with.
Well it is hard to find a C3 427 in 3 condition that is a documented matching number car. Almost all are either restored and asking big $$$, or a mess.
But I think those are realistic numbers *if* you can find one.
Well I think C3 Vettes are the greatest muscle car value there is right now. Take a base 427 Vette, and lets say that is worth $25K today. How much would it cost to get any other original muscle car that will perform equally? COPO Camaro? 440-6 Cuda? The C3s are just a great deal right now. =)

Yeah its hard to tell the tiny details from just 4 pictures, but that is a really nice looking car. Great color, and a big block. I would think $35K easy, and probably more. Still I would expect this car might be slow to sell. People don't seem to be spending much on "toys" like this right now.

Location: Mooresville NC "Race City USA" All Vette's should be sticks
Depends on the condition and circumstance and mostly who you talk to. If you own one your gonna naturally say a high price. There's a guy on here from SC that is selling a 71 coupe 454 that runs great and needing mostly a paint job for $11K and he's still having trouble selling it. The economy is getting worse by the day and I sure am feeling it. Reality.
