1979 L-48 for $10.5!

I just happened to pass by a car for sale and stopped to check it out. It looks to be in great shape with minor fixin's needed, like the cruise control arm broken off column, and the seats needing new leather. Otherwise it looks great! The owner stated he had it appraised at $12.5K, but is in need of cash for home improvements and is asking $10.5K. The stats: 1979 L-48 350cid 51K actual miles Black on Black All original car, leather, pw, at, ps, a/c, cr, tl, t-tops, new tires. He thinks that the nose may have been re-painted due to stone chips, but the remainder of the car is original paint. This car is in NW Ohio.
