The frame looks good to me no holes or weak spots. I have no other pics at this time.

Other questions....
Can you post a few more pics? like of upper windshield rust, any other pertinent parts that are in need of repair? How is the fiberglass?

The fiberglass is not damaged. The rust is under the top trim pad and it is installed so a picture would not show anything. The rust is not that bad.

I had a similar problem with my 73 convertible many years ago. I was expecting the worst when I removed the interior trim so I could see the windshield frame. Turned out not to be too bad.
I would strongly recommend that you remove the top trim pad and the A pillar trim pads (this is very easy) so potential buyers can see what rust issues are involved.
