Selling my '74 for $1 (starting bid at least!)
The time has come to once and for all sell my vette. So I am doing it in the most logical way possible. I just put it up on eBay with a $1 starting bid, no reserve.
Please go take a look at it and bid it up. Call my cell (703 608 7283) if you are interested and have any questions.

I went and read the rules with the hope that I could give an assinie response to what I thought was an assinie comment, but the rules do plainly state that no ebay links are allowed. My bad, I should have read the rules first.
That said, I think it's a silly rule. I have posted my vette here before and only gotten the typical troll "it aint worth what your asking" responses so I was forced to turn to ebay.

I'd help bid it up, but at this point, I could become the winner and then I would have the too many toys problem. So while I'd like to help bid, I can only wish you success unless you have a spare garage and bedroom.

No thats the real way to do an auction!!
These kind of auctions should be allowed on here.
Its hard to tell from the pics but they did make a dark metallic red in 74 so it might be the original color.
I hope the bidding gets crazy.

Did I lie?
A guy came by to look at the car. He was obviously knowledgeable about cars and really liked the way it ran. However, he pointed out that, on inspecting the title, the odometer has an *E* next to it which he explained means it has 162,000 or 262,000, not 62,000.
So, now what do I do? I updated the ebay description and sent a PM to each of the most recent bidders. Should I cancel the auction and start it over listing the right mileage? I honestly didn't know what that meant on the title.
I don't want to be dishonest in any way. I wonder if ebay will update it for me.
