Looking for a nicely restored 1971 Corvette LT-1???
Here's a really nice one with price reduced from 32k to $29,000. This car really looks nice. It was restored about 6 or 7 years ago and has been in storage except for special event driving / showing.
Has the 350 ci / 330 HP engine, AND is Numbers Matching! The car has 55,000 miles on it, and only 4 or 5 thousand in the last 6 or 7 years. The only non-original part on the car is the vintage air-conditioner. The LT did not come with it.

Yes, the box you see is for the evaporating coil and fan housing for the a/c unit.
This car was owned by a local well known business executive of a large bakery business. It became his passion to begin restoration on the car. As each an item was complete another would begin. Over the course of several years and quite a bit of the vast majority done, it was sold to a specialty sports car business. Somewhere in the transaction, all the paperwork somehow got put in another car (from what I know about it) or was somehow lost/misplaced and no one can find these documents of restoration and some of the original placards and other documenting items.
Nonetheless, it does have a clear and valid title and there is some indication work was done to verify the car origin (by serial ((VIN)) number) and all does in fact match up.
Many folks are probably looking at a mega deal for a 100% documented restoration, or a potential Barrett-Jackson auction car, which this one is not. On the other side however, is a very fair price being asked, with legit and actual mileage and the workmanship on paint, leather, seals, and many other items showing the care involved in keeping and maintaining this car in such teriffic condition for a collector, or to use a driveable peice of covette history, with whatever other restorations someone make want to take on with it. In either case, the pics speak for themselves, and really don't do the car full justice as to how clean it really is.
