Ive seen that same car in that same garage on ebay for sale almost six months ago when I was looking for mine. Im not sure if he didnt sell it then or if something funny is going on. Careful...

Serge is as far as I know an up-right seller. No red flags for me. I am one who likes to see a car personally before purchase. This seller always has the best pictures and honest discription, but I would still travel there personally or have a representitive check it out.
If you are interested in a prepurchase inspection I would reccomend Chuck Berge at www.stillcruisincorvettes.com. He is somewhat local to that car and the best of the best.
I have seen many cars offered again after an extended period and it not be a scam but as always buyer beware

Good luck looks like a great car.

Maybe it was another car he was selling that I remember in that same garage. I feel better now that two other members are familure with him and say he is a good guy.

Thanks for the info. Looking for a nice chrome bumper, and if it was a 1968 (my birth year), and also a unique color, even better. NOW, if it wasn't an automatic I would be really excited.
We'll see what he wants for it. I will definitely get a personal inspection.

Thanks!
