Hard to believe that it hasn't been grabbed by now.

Looks to me like a great deal for someone.

E-mail sent. Is Jotto not buying it? He seemed the most interested but lives overseas (presents unique challenges to both buyer & seller).

Is this car still available? Please send me some pics to deh8088@gmail.com . Looks like you and your son did a great job building this into a nice driver.

Nice looking ride guy. The amazing thing is his shop still looks good. Mine stays in a state of cleanup.

Very nice job fella. I would agree that 10K is a bit short of the value.

I have a 75 Stingray that has been in my garage waiting for me for 3-yrs. I wouldn't sell it for less than $4500, and yours is complete and ready for the road fun. Course, I should sell mine.

I did composite repair in aircraft maintenance for a few years. Actually, its easier than most think. If you screw it up, just grind it off and start over.

All,
Hope this doesn't get too long, but I wanted to repost to get it back to the top and explain what has been going on the sale of our vette.

During my discussions with several people from the forum on buying the car, my mother in law weighed in saying she wanted to buy it as a gift for my son so he could keep it. So, I did the right thing and put everything on hold waiting for that to happen. Turns out that its not going to happen, so now I need to get back to selling it.

The person I feel like this yanked around the most was jotto (Paul) in the UK who was the most interested. Paul may be buying another car after all, but I wanted to make sure everyone on the forum knew that he didn't "back out" after showing so much interest, its just a matter of circumstance.

So, I said all to say that the car is still for sale. I've sent e-mails out to those who were waiting to hear back from me. Still a good deal and if anyone is interested please e-mail me at keithjohnson@insightbb.com and I'll get with you on a phone number to get in touch with me.

Thanks.

babloo,
The price is $10,000 and it hasn't been reduced. There's a link in the first post to a web page that details everything we did to the car. If you need any more information you can e-mail me a keithjohnson@insightbb.com

The car is in Dry Ridge, KY which is about 30 miles south of Cincinnati.
